Visit to EPD Office

Delegation from Centre for climate and Environmental Research – (CCER) visited the Central Control Room (CCR) of EPD that performs real-time satellite surveillance of the burning of crop residues that result in dense smog across the province.

Working meeting was also arranged with DG Mr. Zeeshan from EPD and team from CCER to discuss the gaps and challenges regarding SMOG awareness and measures taken by the Government.
